Hundreds of decisions go into the process of designing your home, and each one needs to point in the same direction…toward a home that ultimately reflects the heart and soul of a family. Starting each project with this in mind allows Lauren to guide the homeowners through the process with efficiency, cohesiveness, and most importantly JOY!

I.

INitial Interview

Assessment of project feasibility, timeline, goals, expectations, budget and identifing full scope of work.

II.

Vision Casting

The beginning of the creative process to determine lifestyle needs and design aesthetic, ultimately guiding all future decisions

III.

Design Development

Curating key material and finish selections, developing architectural details, space planning and presentation of furnishings, floor and window covering concepts.

IV.

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

the preparation of fully detailed, technical drawings and specifications for construction elements as well as pricing and estimated lead times for all furnishing and decorative elements.

V.

Production

Construction selections are submitted to builder, custom design elements go into production, orders are tracked and designer is on-site for regular walk-throughs, meeting with builder and sub-contractors as needed.

VI.

Installation

Designer facilitated delivery and coordination of all interior elements. Rugs are placed, furniture and accessories are arranged, art & window treatments are hung. its time to celebrate!
